Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee said in order to achieve the objectives of 2010 with high growth rate in associated with sustainable economic development conditions also affected by the crisis which is such difficult task and requiring huge efforts from several sectors, including the important role of enterprises. Thus, from the beginning of 2010, the province has issued action plans to perform  key tasks, including attention to improve the investment environment, increase on approaching credit, land resources, information to be given to private households and enterprises, vocational training, investment and trade promotion, speeding up site clearance of projects, policies to be  renewal in time manner for expediting, to be deployed a part or appropriate mechanism for conversion projects, joint ventures, links, etc, create favorable conditions for enterprises to be invested stability and development of business production. In addition, the province has promoted activities to support small and medium size enterprises and several guidelines and mechanisms were issued to ensure public transparency, making the equality among enterprises and improve the effectiveness and efficiency in relationship between enterprises and state administration agencies. In addition, the province should have the consent and positive participation from enterprises, investors in the coordination and successful implementation of investment and trade promotion programs; evaluation and restructuring infrastructure projects for industrial construction, residential areas, slow performance projects will be revoked by replacing with competent investors; bidding to be called for project capable investors with its ability to accelerate implementation progress of investment projects, attracting many potential investors into industrial zones and industrial clusters.

At the meeting session, representatives of Business Association and Young Business Association also presented State Administration Agencies on advantages, difficulties and problems during production process meanwhile businesses also proposals and recommendation to be given for provincial leaders.

 Addressed at the meeting, Secretary of Party’s Committee – Mr. Truong Van Tiep suggested all sectors of provincial government at all level to be acted as a company in a force unit owner during the wartime. Accordingly, authorized agencies at all level must take the high spirit of the year of 1975 to be performed in working performance. For businesses, it is advised for identifying themselves as the mainstay must also get mental power relation of 1975 for the contribution to 2010 objectives criteria and the whole period of 2006 to 2010. That is the most valuable achievement to celebrate the Congress Party at all level.
